Who we are
This website is operated by Yurii Derkach, an individual entrepreneur (FOP) registered in Ukraine, trading as Glendric. He is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any question about your data, write to contact@glendric.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company (if you provide it), the type of help you need (if you choose one) and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the email.
This website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may process limited technical request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver the website and protect it against abuse.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you wish, to discuss a possible collaboration. The legal bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. We do not use form submissions for marketing and do not sell or share them for others' marketing.
Who processes it for us
- Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, India; hosted on Amazon Web Services) receives form submissions and forwards them to our mailbox. It keeps submissions under its own retention schedule (at most three years), and we choose the shortest retention its settings allow.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and delivers it through its global network.
- Google Workspace provides our email.
These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, under their own data protection terms.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for 24 months after our last interaction. After that, we delete or anonymise them, unless there is another legal reason to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Write to contact@glendric.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, for example in the country where you live or work.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
